Outrage among blacks in Italy and worldwide following the evil killing of a Nigerian man, Alika Ogorchukwu, 39, by an Italian man named Filippo Claudio Giuseppe Ferlazzo.
Mr Alika was working as a ‘shoro’ man, meaning begging when he approached Filippo’s partner on Friday in Civitanova Marche, a commune in the Province of Macerata in the Italian region Marche.
Aliko who was using crutches to aid his walking begged Mr Filippo’s partner for money. When Filippo hears this from inside the condo, he ran outside and immediately attacked the father of two from Nigeria.
Mr Ogorchukwu stood no chance with the 32 year old as he was wrestled to the ground and murdered mercilessly, hit and choked whilst he fought for his life.
Footages from the scene showed how the assailant grabbed the victim’s crutch before slamming him on the ground, while the public just stood, watched and recorded the incident.
The Igbo man leaves behind his distraught wife and two children.
It is common believe that the case will soon be swept under the carpet due to the open racism that continues to exist in Italy.
