With Love Island season 10 well and truly underway, the contestants are being scrutinised for their perfectly perfect looking faces and body.
On this basis, Dr Nicole James, a medical and cosmetic doctor believes she knows who amongst the casts has had surgery.

Jess Harding
The doctor says “Jess has been getting injectables since she was 18, and she is literally only 22.
As Jess’s job is as an aesthetician, she has surgical tools readily available to her. She has had Botox on her lips, chin and cheeks.
Ella Thomas
There has been a lot of speculation whether Ella has cheek fillers or not.
She has always had very high cheekbones, but the doctor thinks she has had a little bit of cheek fillers, some facial slimming surgery and Botox.
Molly Marsh
Molly has done a facial slimming botox surgery, she may have not had too much done.
Molly uploaded videos of herself on TikTok getting Botox on her jaw for “health reasons” – but she’d never get any cosmetic surgery done.
She went for the Masseter Botox because she struggles a lot with her jaw as she grinds her teeth, headaches and making her face more symmetrical.
