
Nigerians worldwide stood still in shock horror today, watching live as gunshots were sprayed at unarmed protesters in Lekki toll gate in Lagos, Nigeria.
Over seven protesters are presumed dead after the Nigerian Army swooped in to kill those that refused to follow the curfew imposed by Lagos’ government.

The governor of Lagos, Babajide Sanwo-Olu set a time effective from today 4pm, “nobody, except essential service providers and first responders must be found on the streets.”
At around 8.30pm this evening, thousands tuned in to DJ Switch’s Instagram page as she broadcasted live from the toll gate. Gunshot were heard and citizens frantically attempt to keep an unconscious man alive that had been shot.
It later transpired that, government officials attended the protest ground, turned off the lights, took away CCTV and opened fired on the unarmed protesters.
